My Fears Edition

Welcome. To the 2nd get to know me more edition. today's topic is. My fears... i added a few funny personal experiences to let you laugh at my misfortune. and fun facts which you may already know.

1. Cockroaches
i think this is a normal one, almost everyone i know, knows that i fear them, i hate everything about them, their colour, body and smell. i just LOATHE EVERYTHING.

Fun Fact: Did you know, the antenna of cockroaches can sense fear? So the more you fear them. they will CHARGE straight towards you! How freaking EVIL is that?! But if you don't fear them. they will hide and run away from you. But how can you not fear something like that? they are so many of them and the worse thing is they can still live for a few weeks without a head.

True Story: my bedroom is attached to my toilet. I dont normally close it last time. So one night, i was just chilling on my bed with my blanket on, playing with my phone. I have a pillow on each end of my bed, and i occasionally like to slip my feet under my pillow to feel really cozy and snugly. And i felt something crawling quite fast up my leg, when i lifted up my blanket to see what it was. It was the little devil. In horror, i screamed whilst shaking it off my leg. It landed on the edge of my bed, and it did not stop there. Oh no, it then ran towards me, like a freaking assassin trying to kill me, by giving me a heart attack. I then quickly jump off my bed and it was standing on my bed and staring right back at me for 5 seconds. Luckily, there was a bottle of insecticide beside my bed, i wanted to reach to it close enough to kill it. So i went sideways to reach it. But that thing looked like it knew what i was going to do, it followed me, and stood ON TOP of the insecticide. In the end, i had to call my hero for help which is. MUMMMMM!

Maybe you may think i made that up. But it REALLY DID HAPPENED. I dare to swear on it.. Believe it.
I of course, never again leaving my toilet door open, or any of the windows too. i have had a lot of incidents with these disgusting things. But this one is like the worst of all.

2. Spiders
i believe all of us have seen spiders up close whether is it a picture from a book or Discovery Channel. It doesnt matter if they are small or big, im just scared of them. their hairy legs and webs coming out from their ass. Black beady eyes. Imagining them is making me cringe! but not this 1 species. you know the one that u can only see the body which seems like a beige coloured spot. and then long thin invisible legs. those are so easy to kill. and completely harmless!

Fun Fact: Spiders hate water. drown them all ass spewing webbers!

3. Leech
Yup. these blood sucking slugs are disgusting as well. i've never had an incident with them before. but i dont want to experience it either. i dont like that they suck so much of your blood and turned so black, fat and slimy. At least i get to avoid this one, and not go walking around jungles.

Fun Fact: leech sucks out unwanted/bad blood from your body. which is suppose to be good for you. but for me, already being a female that is HAVING to go through cramps and  pain every month and constantly leaking out unwanted blood for a week. i think i dont need to have anything sucking my blood out.

4. Flushing toilets
Now, i know how this sounds really weird. I USED to be scared of this. but there is a story behind this.

When i was a little kid. there was this chinese horror movie on tv, i didnt watch it but just so happened, either my mum or my dad was switching channels to watch and they stop on this channel to see, because it was already ending, i dun remember much, but all i can remember was this woman, standing in the middle of a dark fogy street. with a few street lights on. she was wearing a plain red chinese traditional dress (Cheongsam) she had red lipstick, and holding an umbrella. with eery music playing in the background. And then i fell asleep on my mum's lap. When i woke up in the middle of the night, just to find myself alone on the sofa, in the living room, in front of the tv, with a small night light. i got really scared that the woman would appear, and cried until my mom came and get me.

I then became really scared of the dark. and scared to go to the toilet. unless i really HAVE too. and i tried flushing once. and somehow it scared the hell out of me. but only in the dark, flushing toilets scares me. Now not so much.

5. Blood
I cannot be a nurse or a doctor. i do watch gory films depending on how bad it is. i've never watch Saw, and i never will. I'm not saying like i scratched a healing wound or menstrual blood. im saying if someone cut themselves really deep. or car accidents. i can take looking at small amount of blood. but not too much.  i am fine with my own blood. (i dont think im making any sense.) i do donate blood. when i was in college i donated 1 time. and there are other chances, but i was having my period every time they had a blood donation campaign. so i didnt get to donate as much as i wanted to.

True Story: The very 1st time i donated blood. with my sister. we went early, and we were suppose to rest after the blood donation. which i did for about 2 hours. i drank milo. ate a few biscuits i couldnt eat much then since i have had breakfast in the morning. and suddenly i remembered i had a test to take in class. and when i looked at the time, i was already late. so, i quickly ran to class. took the test and everything was fine. me and my friends were going to the canteen. we sat down to chat for awhile, before buying anything, being the cheeky girl that i am, i cracked a stupid joke, and my friend slap me really hard on the head. after that they went on to buy their lunch, i wasn't hungry. i felt a little light headed after that slap, and thought i should buy something sweet to drink. And so i did, while pouring the drink to my cup i felt super dizzy, like everything around me was white and fogy. i felt like throwing up. i have cold sweat. i manage to walk like a zombie towards the cashier. and put my drink on the counter, and this man ask. after looking at my face. are you going to faint? i nod my head. and collapsed. I think i must have looked terrible.

The last thing i see before collapsing is white. everywhere. before i woke up. i hear noise, people talking. and a cold tingling feeling. which feels pretty nice, it had me thinking maybe this is how it feels before you die. not including the pain or discomfort. LOL. But it was embarrassing. after i gain consciousness.
